Resolution of distressing life concerns requires curiosity and both courage and willingness to face tough questions. It necessitates rethinking every idea that has kept us bound until this moment. This process requires the assistance of another person, usually a trained and experienced professional. None of us can see what has been blocked from our view. This is the work of psychotherapy.
I remain as passionate today as when I began my career over 35 years ago about assisting people to ask and answer their questions and remove what blocks them from the fulfillment of their dreams. You will see from my resume that I have a wide range of professional experiences which afford me a broad perspective. My style is eclectic and integrative based in the connection between mind, body and spirit.
